Funny Valentine: Hello, darlings! My name's Samantha and I'm 16 years old. I'm a junior at SHS here in Georgia (just for the record, I hate Georgia weather). I have a great boyfriend, Brian and our anniversary is October 17th, 2002. I live in a house with my older sister, Jamie, my younger brother, Tyler, and both of my parents.

Appearance: My mom's British and my dad's American (with Scottish/French/Irish mixed in) so that makes me have very fair skin. In short, I don't tan well. :) I'm not a big fan of tanning anyway as I think it looks really fake. Anyway, I have light brown hair (a bit past my shoulder blades) and green eyes. I'm about 5'5" and I have small hands, feet and long legs.

Personality: I'm not a conceited person by any means, but personally, I think I have a very vibrant personality. I'm a sweet and easy-going girl. I'm also incredibly friendly and love being around people. One of my favorite things to do is make people laugh and just be goofy; something I do pretty well. I'm in absolute Heaven when someone tells me that they think I'm hilarious. I think that that quality of mine fuels my dream of being a comedienne/actress. I'm also pretty smart. I make straight A's and am in AP and Honors classes. I work hard, I'm diligent and yes...I'm an overacheiver. However, I also stress out incredibly easy. The smallest things, like not finishing a homework assignment, makes me cry and literally get sick to my stomach. I'm a drama queen, I'll admit that, but I don't cause drama. I overanalyze everything which can make me paranoid about some things. If you dig deeper into my personality though, you'll find that I'm very very old-fashioned. I seriously believe I should've been born in the late 30's, early 40's so I could have been a product of the 50's. I love absolutely everything about that era. Everything was much better than. My love of American history adds to that wish, as my favorite era is WWII. I'm a school nerd with a love for notebooks, taking notes and pretty pens. :) I'm a classic movie buff and I love black and white pictures. I think that makes me pretty unique, as opposed to my friends who are all about today's movies. Most of my friends are also fans of Britney Spears, rap and r&b. I, however, am a huge huge fan of oldies. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, The Beatles, The Temptations, The Contours, The Supremes, etc. I love swing dancing to music like that and just having a good time! :)

My Idol: Since I was 5 years old, I've been in absolute awe of Lucille Ball. Before I even knew who she was, my favorite movie was Yours, Mine & Ours. I used to watch it all the time. My dad noticed this and one day, plopped me in front of the TV when "I Love Lucy" was on. He said I laughed at everything and even tried to mimic some of the things she did. The obsession started there. My Christmas of 5th grade, I was ten, and my parents had bought me a ton of Lucy memorabillia. I started collecting from there. I also began finding out more about her. I watched her other sitcoms, watched movies she starred in, decorated my room in true Lucy style, etc. I think she's the most amazing woman that ever lived, in all honesty. She put comedy before beauty (which is my "motto") and from her, I've learned that you should just be yourself. I've also wanted to be a comedienne/actress since I was about seven because of her. It really makes me sad that I could never meet her or write to her. I just wish I could thank her and tell her how much I look up to her.
